Ed Carlisle

Core team

Ed has co-led Together for Peace since 2003. Through that work, and also separately through his involvement in a wide range of voluntary programmes across Leeds, he has extensive experience of: community innovation and development, especially in disadvantaged areas; project and event management; facilitation; inter-community and cohesion work; communications and marketing; youth work; creative approaches to sustainability; and more. He completed an MA in Peace Studies  with distinction Рfrom Bradford University, alongside his work with T4P. Outside of T4P, he co-runs projects including South Leeds Life newspaper, the Holbeck Viaduct project, and Leeds Repair Cafe Рand is involved in local politics via the Green Party. He lives in Beeston (south Leeds), and is married with two cracking young kids.
