At T4P, we’re intentional about being a light and flexible organisation. All core team members started as volunteers and now work with T4P on a self employed basis. When we need a bigger team or specific skills, we draw on a number of highly-skilled associates, free lance practitioners and volunteers.

T4P consists of a flat structured team of three, a group of trustees, associate projects and volunteers. We deliberately rely on volunteer support and mobilize teams of people as required. We’re grateful for their support and what we can achieve together. We are also privileged to be supported by a team of trustees who offer a wide range of experience and wisdom to our work.
