Tony is Director of COGS, an independent community development organisation. He has extensive experience in community development, training, evaluation, research and facilitation, including: 25 years community work in disadvantaged communities; establishing and managing a regional community work training organisation; co-managing the Yorkshire regional empowerment partnership (2006-2011) and working as a rep for the Big Local programme. He is currently supporting a number of community projects including New Wortley Community and Housing Associations in Leeds. Tony is increasingly involved in climate change activity as a founder Director of Zero Carbon Yorkshire and training facilitators for Carbon Conversations in the UK, Switzerland and Denmark.
