Joy Justice

Joy is a facilitator, trainer, mediator and researcher. She has five years’ overseas experience in community development and action-oriented research with marginalised groups and a PhD using action research to explore governance and encourage reflective practice in the fair trade sector. She works freelance supporting groups to develop skills in conflict resolution, group processes and collective decision-making. She is drawn towards facilitating dialogue and difficult decisions and also practices this in the housing co-operative she lives in. She has taught research methods to Masters students and designed multiple research projects. She believes in making research and findings meaningful and engaging to stakeholders as well as amplifying voices through creative communication of findings.
